Linda Owen - Director

Linda spent much of her early career in supermarket retailing in a variety of Operational, Change and HR roles both in the UK and in Europe before moving into International cosmetics then Fashion retailing. Working at board level sparked a specific interest in corporate strategy and landing commercial goals, with particular emphasis in delivering with clarity through people who are engaged, motivated and enabled.

Linda has worked at the macro and micro level with a variety of business types including single channel, multi channel, UK centric and Internationally focused.

Delivering strategic objectives through pragmatic, simple solutions that benefit the business, individual and customer is ‘what floats her boat’.

Liz Orford - Director

Liz has seventeen years' experience in HR working in both the private and public sector.

Initially working in HR in environmental manufacturing, Liz trained and qualified before moving to an Employee Relations role with one of the world’s largest pharmaceutical companies. From there, she moved to lead an HR and L&D function in the public sector before, more recently, enjoying a senior generalist role with a leading international cosmetics retailer.

A member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development (CIPD), Liz's passion is in bringing simply clarity to the organisation and using that as a platform for improving engagement, employee relations and performance. Companies she has worked for include: Caradon Trend, Novartis Pharmaceuticals, Sussex Police, The Body Shop/L’Oreal.
